Nicola Greenfield

Dear Wandsworth Borough Council,

Could you please provide me with details of the number of households on your housing register who are deemed to be overcrowded and requiring 4 or more bedrooms. Can this be broken down into 4, 5, 6 and 7 bedroom need please.
In addition can you advise of the earliest list date and the average waiting time for accommodation of this size. I would also like details of the number of homeless households that are currently awaiting family sized accommodation broken down in the same way please.
Can you also advise how many 4 bedroom or larger properties that the authority currently own broken down by property size.

Yours faithfully,

Nicola Greenfield

some exact figures above. This is because the Council considers that
disclosure of very low numbers of individuals would enable the
identification of a living individual from that information, or, from the
information and other data in the possession of, or likely to come into
the possession of, a data controller. Disclosure of the requested
information would result in a breach of one or more of the principles of
the GDPR/DPA 2018 and the information is therefore exempt in accordance
with Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act.
