Dear Dr Santhiramoulesan

TfL Ref: FOI-1863-1819

Thank you for your request which we received on 16 October 2018.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of
the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can
confirm we hold some of the information you require. You asked:

Please provide the following for South Harrow, Earl's Court and Green park
stations please.

1)    Number of customers using this station per year.

Figures on station usage are available on our website at
[1]https://tfl.gov.uk/corporate/publication...

Please refer to the ‘Entry and exit figures by station’ excel spreadsheet.

In accordance with section 21 of the FOI Act, we are not obliged to supply
you with a copy of the requested information as it is already accessible
to you elsewhere.

2)    The number of staff working in the station in 2017 and 2005.

Please find the answer to your question below.

December 2005                   No. Employees

Earls Court Station                          35

Green Park Station                          40

South Harrow station                        7

December 2017                   No. Employees

Earls Court Area                              62

Green Park Area                              66

Ealing Common Area*                    50

Please note the structure of how staff workforce is deployed has changed
since 2005. Previously employees were assigned to an individual station,
and stations were grouped with relief staff available as part of the group
(to cover leave etc.) In 2016 station areas were created and staff were no
longer assigned to an individual station, the coverage of all stations in
the area was required as part of the day to day duties given to employees.
As such;

Earls Court Area and Green Park Area only cover their individual stations,
but the headcount numbers will include cover provision that wasn’t counted
in the individual station headcount in 2005.

South Harrow no longer exists as an isolated unit, it is part of Ealing
Common Area which includes the following stations:

Alperton

Ealing Common

North Ealing

Park Royal

South Harrow

Sudbury Hill

Sudbury Town

3)    The current pay scale of the Customer service supervisor (2017 or
