Dear Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust,
Please could you provide me with details of the following incidents that occurred in facilities managed by your trust on an annual basis, broken down by year from 2011 to 2018:
• Total number of reported patient on staff assaults in facilities managed by your Trust each year
• Total number of reported patient on patient assaults in facilities managed by your Trust each year
• Number of reported arson attempts / deliberately started fires in facilities managed by your Trust each year
• Number of reported assaults that included a weapon (knife, razor blade, needle etc) in facilities managed by your Trust each year
Total amount paid in compensation by the Trust as a result of reported assaults by patients at facilities managed by your trust each year.
