5. From March-July 2020, how many requests for support were made to the council resulting in the individual(s) with NRPF receiving support from the council?

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 allows authorities 20 working days,

However, under section 10 (6)(b) of the Act, the 20 day working day clock
does not start until clarification of the above is received.  If we do not
hear from you within 3 months your request will be cancelled.

Reason for applying the exemption

Any information that would lead to the unfair identification of an
individual.  This would breach the Data Protection Act 2018. The numbers
involved in the response being so low that the information provided
coupled with information that may be available to the requester already
would enable identification of the living individuals, in this case
vulnerable individuals.

 

Public Interest Test

This exemption is not subject to a Public Interest Test
