Northumbria Police PSD Sav Patsalos - Martin McGartland Complaints Not recorded, Botched, Whitewash and Corruption at PSD
05 October 2018
Dear Northumbria Police PSD,
I note that the Head of your department, Detective Superintendent Sav Patsalos, has been in the news once again claiming; “We expect the highest standards from everyone employed by Northumbria Police, both on and off-duty, and I want to reassure the public that this sort of behaviour is not reflective of the outstanding professionalism and commitment displayed by officers and staff every single day.” https://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/news/nor...
I have dealt with NP PSD fo more than 20 years (including while Detective Superintendent Sav Patsalos is in charge). Each and every complaint I have made against NP officers (including corruption, cover ups etc) have not been recorded, have been deliberately botched, whitewashed. And evidence supplied by me has been ignored, covered up (even from IPCC) to protect corrupt officers that I have complained about.
The same is the case with many circumvented applications that PSD and its staff / officers have made to the IPCC / IOPC over the years, This too resulted in above and to ensure that corrupt officers complained about were never investigated, held to account.
PSD, to this day, have been covering up a sophisticated criminal conspiracy and the most serious corruption (to protect past and present officers) ans well as suppressing indisputable independent evidence to do so (relating to NP's dirty tricks / smear campaign against Martin McGartland. It is one rule / Law for corrupt NP / PSD and another for those who pay their wages (the public). PSD, in my dealings - as above, is Corrupt to the core. If the public was aware of just a fraction of how corrupt it was (just as with NP) heads would roll. There are no high standards within PSD... I have evidence to show that.
Under the FOIA I would like to know;
1. How many members of the public (not including me) have expressed concerns about PSD, its officers while dealing with complaints made by public (complaints that were and were not recorded).
2. How many of those (1 above) expressed concern/s about they way they were treated by PSD, its officers, of poor service, delays, allegation/s of corruption, corrupt practices, protecting fellow officers, ignoring evidence that supported their complaints, complaint/s not having been investigated properly ...
I would like this information to cover the past 12 months.
I look forward to your reply,
