FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT REQUEST

I refer to your Freedom of Information request in relation to the LUF bid.
Right of Access

Section 1(1) of the Act provides any person making a request for
information to a public authority is entitled.

(a) to be informed in writing by the public authority whether it holds
information of the description specified in the request (which Section
1(6) of the Act designates as the "duty to confirm or deny"), and

(b) if that is the case, to have that information communicated to him.

The right is to obtain access to the information itself and not to the
document or record which contains it.

The Act creates a general right of access to information held by public
authorities subject to various exemptions.

Northumberland County Council confirms that it holds the information you
have requested, please see the (attached/following) information in
response.
I apologise sincerely for the delay in replying. Please find attached two
documents, giving you a partial response to your enquiry.  I will come
back to you as soon as I can with the remaining or any additional
information.

Q.1 the recent levelling up fund bid;
RESPONSE: Please find attached a copy of the draft bid from the County
Council's files - I am still waiting to confirm if we have a copy of the
version submitted to DLUHC.
Q.2 the letter confirming the council had been successful
RESPONSE: Please find attached a copy of the letter confirming that the
bid was successful.
Q.3 information on any subsidy control advice obtained, including whether
external advice was obtained, name of advisers and cost.
RESPONSE: I am awaiting confirmation of this.

RESPONSE: I can confirm that the information supplied to you previously is
the only version that we have.
Q.2 the letter confirming the council had been successful
RESPONSE: Previously answered.
Q.3 information on any subsidy control advice obtained, including whether
external advice was obtained, name of advisers and cost.
RESPONSE: No external advice was obtained.  Subsidy control advice in
relation to the LUF bid was provided by Northumberland County Council's
legal team.
