I refer to your email dated 03 November 2011 in which you requested a
copy of the annual publication relating to the performance of the
Northampton Official Receiver's office.

Under section 8(1)(c) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 I
reasonably require further information in order to identify and locate
the information that you have asked for.

The Insolvency Service is not be able to proceed with your request
without extra information from you. In particular, it would be useful
to know what information you are seeking within any recorded documents
that are held regarding Northampton Official Receiver's office.

If you wish to discuss any of the above, please contact
[email address], remembering to quote the above reference
number.

If you are dissatisfied with the way in which The Insolvency Service has
dealt with this matter you have the right to request a review within two
months of the date of this reply. You may do this by writing to FOI/DPA
Team, Insolvency Enquiry Line, 3rd Floor, Official Receivers Office, 1
City Walk, Leeds LS11 9DA.

Service you can refer this matter to the Information Commissioner. He
may be contacted at ICO, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire
SK9 5AF. Generally the Information Commissioner does not accept
referrals until a matter has been fully dealt with through The
Insolvency Service's own internal complaints procedure as detailed in
our leaflet.

The document appears to be a published booklet specific to Northampton which provides various information concerning performance including banruptcy's, bankruptcy restriction order figures and how the branch is doing overall.
