Please disclose each formal complaint made by prisoners at the following prisons between January 1 2019 and March 18 2019.

* Kirklevington Grange
* Durham
* Northumberland

For each complaint, please disclose it in full as recorded by the prison.

For example: 'The prisoner complained that he had been attacked by another inmate in the canteen with a spoon'

However, please redact any detail (such as names etc) which would prohibit disclosure.
