compliance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000, the South West
Strategic Health Authority is able to respond to your request as follows.

The North Bristol NHS Trust Pathology Development (Phase 2a) Full Business
Case was considered by the South West Strategic Health Authority Capital
Investment Group at its meeting on 18 February 2010. Following the
recommendations from this meeting the Authority then considered it in
