Non Traditional Housing Stock

St Edmundsbury Borough Council did not have the information requested.

Dear St Edmundsbury Borough Council,
I am currently in the process of compiling a list of local authority non-traditionally constructed residential housing stock.
Non-traditional/ Non Standard constructions include properties constructed using methods other than traditional brick and may include, steel framed, timber framed, precast concrete and PRC constructed properties, otherwise referred to as system built properties.

Could you please provide a list providing details of your Non Traditional housing stock in the form of identifying build type and street name of each each property?
A postcode and property number for each property would be advantageous but is not strictly requested.
Please also indicate if any of these properties are classified as defective and if so, please identify if they have been repaired and certified as per the Defective properties Housing act of 1985.
Most respondents provide these details by way of Excel spreadsheet which is the preferred format, however I will be happy to receive the results in any form that you may choose.

To assist this search, I have been made aware that the required information is often stored as part of a Councils/ Associations. Non-Traditional Housing stock list or register.

To further assist clarification of my request, I have provided typical response example links below:

If only partial information is available, it will still be invaluable to my research.

If your housing stock has been transferred, please indicate recipient body of your stock.

With sincere gratitude,

Marc Buck
