Dear Dales Housing,
Several mass building projects for local authority houses were constructed using prefabricated or in-situ techniques such as concrete or steel and often had trade names such as Reema, Wates, Cornish etc. These are both pre and post war. Some of these types were subject to further investigation under the Housing Act 1985. These houses may have been transferred into your stock.
If you have any information of such dwellings in your local authority it would be of great use. Some local authorities have lists showing the road, number and type to assist with identification.

As Dales Housing is not a government body and is not publicly funded we do
not fall under standard FoI requirements.
I have, however, forwarded your request to our Maintenance Manager to see
if this request is something we could assist with.
Anything you can obtain would be welcomed.
The gentleman that could deal is on holiday now until 13/03 and so please
do not expect a reply before then.
