Anthony Madu, Nursing and Midwifery Council

Dear Cathryn,

Thank you for requesting information from the Nursing and Midwifery Council.

Please could you specify if you just wishes for the relevant data for substantive hearings, or whether you want all hearing activity for the period described?

If you want just substantive hearing activity, we barely held any substantive hearings during April - July 2020, so the data may not be as fruitful as you may wish.

And if, you want all hearings activity for the period asked, that would be significant use of team resources which would need to be collated manually. This would require multiple Hearings Support Officers to manually extract all hearings for this period and present it in a format that could answer your questions and definitely will exceed 18 hours.

Kind regards
