Dear Network Homes,

Please release all data held whereby Network Homes may have:

- Deliberately failed to conduct property repairs in order to assist antisocial behaviour that is resulting in a resident being personally harmed
- Engaged third party contractors in order to obtain personal information such as personally owned lock security codes
- Engaged third party contractors to carry out repairs incorrectly
- Failed to stop communal door fobs operating, despite being informed they had been stolen and being provided with a crime reference number

secure way of contacting us, checking your account balance, raising a
service request or just finding out information about your home. 
For now, only residents who have a tenancy with Network Homes can register
and set up an account. Only the main tenant on the tenancy agreement can
register for a My Network Homes account and use the full online services.
Please note: My Network Homes is currently not available to Leaseholders,
Shared Owners or tenants in intermediate rent or SmartRent properties with
Network Homes.
