Non-domestic rates assessments

Please can you provide a list of non-domestic rates assessments in your authority area in excess of £30,000 Rateable Value detailing the company name, hereditament address including postcode and Rateable Value.

Thank you for your request for information below which was received on 27 May 2011. I will deal with it under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. The FOI Act requires us to respond promptly and in any case no later than 20 working days by 27 June 2011 unless it is necessary to consider the public interest test. If this is the case I will write to you again explaining that this will be happening. We are then required to provide a full response within such a time as is reasonable in the circumstances.
In some circumstances a fee may be payable and if that is the case, I will let you know. A fee notice will be issued to you, and you will be required to pay before we will proceed with your request.
