Dear West Midlands Police,

I recently viewed a video dated 4/2/20 on BitChute of a so-called paedophile hunting group in action in Coventry (CV1):

https://www.bitchute.com/video/K4M1ZUpF6...

The video was recently uploaded, so I am not sure whether the year 2020 is correct.

In the video, it was alleged by one of the investigators that an attending police officer said the suspect would not be arrested and his property would not be searched because of a lack of police.

1. Please provide a copy of your most recent guidance relating to the arrest of suspected sex offenders caught in 'stings' by so-called paedophile hunting groups.

2. Please provide the most recent figures you have for officers who are off work due to sickness.

Yours faithfully,

J Roberts
