Noise nuisance /dust pollution caused by activities in Southampton docks

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Southampton City Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Christopher Hinds

Dear Southampton City Council,

I would like to make a Freedom of Information request for all information regarding the number of complaints to Environmental Health from Southampton residents concerning noise and/or dust nuisance caused by activities within Southampton docks during 2017-2018 to date.
I would also request information as to the relevant council department response to the complaints and what action was taken by the council to investigate the complaint.
Have council officers followed up any residents complaint by visiting companies within the docks and if so what action was taken.

Yours faithfully,

Christopher Hinds
