Noise definitions
Dear Swale Borough Council,
Seeing your response to Mr Harris about noise levels, I would like to know what noise levels (dba) correspond to the definitions that I have observed being used in planning meetings, such as Horrendous Noise.
I have witnessed this being used and discussed at Planning Committee Meetings so I would like to see the correlation of the terms used by SBC Planning and Environmental Health Officers against the decibel scale.
Yours faithfully,
Martin Rolfe
