No waiting signs Highfield Lane Cox Green

In January 2021 or December 2020 a number of " no waiting at any time on verge or footway" signs were erected opposite Cox Green School in Highfield Lane. A short time afterwards they were removed please advise the amount of money spent on these signs along with the cost of installing and removing them.
