Dear The Ombudsman Service Limited,
I made a request to Copeland Borough Council on 13 December 2013 regarding the costs of meetings and the food provided. I requested the same information again in May this year, on both occasions the response I got was 'awaiting internal review '. As of today 4th August 2014 I still have had no reply. How do I progress this ?
