Under the freedom of information (Scotland) act can you please provide the following information

The information is required by individual month commencing 1st April 2013 to the end of November 2014

The number of Notices of Intended Prosecution issued to Police Scotland

The number of those NIP that were issued in relation to offences on the A9

The date, speed limit at the time and the actual speed recorded.

The number of NIP that were subsequently cancelled and the reason why

The department/unit that the NIP was issued to

For the avoidance of doubt the information is required for all vehicles in use or on behalf of Police Scotland, i,e. owned, hired, loaned to, contracted or used on their behalf by contractors or staff members.
