Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
I have already made this request to the social security advisory committee and they do not hold the information and suggested I contacted you.
i am making a Foi requet about the national insurance number
a) Do we all have a national insurance number in Great Britain/United kingdom?
b) Are anyones nino numbers the same ie a shared national insurance number?
c) Are national insurance numbers unique to the man or woman it is given to, which would lead you to the identity of the man or woman issued with the number ?
d) Does anyone have the same national insurance number and if they did wouldnt that mean it could lead to fraud, below in the link is the original request

Dear Operations FOI Requests,
You refuse my request because you presume this is not my real name ,
How rediculous and childish of your company as this is my real name, not a ficticious name or a legal entity,
it was gifted to me by my parents, and to refuse to answer on such grounds is diabolical.
I do not have a surname...Salmond and Heuston Tort law page 387 "a surname is not a mans property and if a man uses anything other than his REAL NAME then he will acquire his surname by reputation" therefore for me to have a surname would be illegal, I have a family/clan name of Phillips.
Now are you going to grow up and answer my FOI request
