Dear Mr Harris

Thank you for your requests for information. You asked if the following

or may not have had connections to the Council, whilst employed by Kent
County Council.

Bryan Raine
Mark Reeves

Nicholas Sherlock
Mike Bishop

Colin Maclean
David Oxlade

In my original response sent 6th November, you will note that I have
already advised you that none of these individuals serve on any Council
boards or Committees. The Council does not hold any information about
these individuals' personal commitments outside of their employment, so is
unable to confirm or deny whether these people have any other (non-Council
related) responsibilities. The Freedom of Information Act 2000 does not
oblige the Council to CREATE information to satisfy requests so the
Council will not impinge on these individuals' rights of privacy to ask
them.

KCC holds no employment records for Ann Francis.

Information about SureStart (including KCC's relationship with
SureStart) is already in the public domain and is therefore exempt under
section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act as it is already accessible
to you by other means
