Dear Requester,

As you will be aware the NHS is facing significant challenges with regard
to the COVID-19 virus. All Trust staff are meeting this challenge in
various ways to maintain a good quality of care for our patients.  I would
like to make you aware that this may impact on our ability to provide you
with a response to your Freedom of Information Request within the
statutory 20 working day timescale.

 

When processing your request, we are reliant on Subject Matter Experts to
be able to provide information to your specific questions raised. However,
for the foreseeable future our staff will be focused solely on supporting
front line staff in any way that they can and will have very limited time
for administrative duties.

 

We are sorry that this may cause a delay in you receiving a response to
your request.  We will strive to respond to as many requests as we can
where we receive the relevant input required.
