NHS Trusts fined in the last three years

The request was successful.

Dear Information Commissioner’s Office,

Please may I have a table of all fines levied against NHS Trusts by the ICO in the last three calendar years 2017/18, 2016/17, 2015/16.

For each fine I would like to know:
Name of the Trust
Amount of fine
Date of fine
Section of the law contravened

If possible, please may I have the information in an excel spreadsheet?
Yours faithfully,

S Martin
