Newbold Comyn survey and public consultations

The request was refused by Warwick District Council.

Dear Warwick District Council,

In 2018 Warwick District council (WDC) commissioned Sports and Leisure Consultants (SLC) to carry out ‘a fact-finding survey which aims to understand local residents’ relationship with Newbold Comyn’.

In 2019 WDC commissioned SLC to carry a public consultation to get ‘feedback on the facility options identified by SLC and the results will inform the Master plan’.

In 2020 WDC commissioned a second consultation to gain feedback on the draft Masterplan.

Please supply me with the full unedited results of the survey and two consultations as supplied to WDC by SLC (i.e. not the summaries as published on the WDC website)

Please supply me with a list that identifies all stakeholders who were contacted by WDC or SLC to gain responses from them to the survey and to each of the two consultations. Please identify the stakeholders who were contacted for the survey and each consultation separately.

Please supply me with the data that gives the exact number of responses received from each stakeholder for the survey and for each of the two consultations.

Yours faithfully,

Sean Russell

Dear Warwick District Council,

Thank you for your reply to my FOI request. Unfortunately your reply to my request is unacceptable and I will be asking for an internal review to be conducted.

My reasons for stating that your reply is unacceptable are as follows:

1. You have not provided as I have requested, the full results of the 2020 consultation as supplied to the Council in a final report for the 2020 consultation as shown in the Draft Masterplan
Final Results June 2020 document.

2. Both of the two PDF attachments you have supplied appear to be the results of the same 2019 consultation. Curiously the numbers and percentages of the responses that are noted on the two documents do not match with each other despite the fact that the questions are exactly the same. Please explain this apparent anomaly

3. You have stated that "The question asked was not answered in full for the following legal
reason(s) - Section (40) 2 Someone else's personal data."
While I do accept that you may have misunderstood my question, I had not requested any personal information about any individual persons. I had requested information about the individual stakeholder groups i.e interested parties.
Please provide me with this information.

Please supply me with all the information I have requested in my original FOI request.

Thank you.

Yours faithfully,

Sean Russell
