NEW: The Central Gurdwara (British Isles) London Khalsa Jatha (258324) AND The Virdee Foundation (1144310)

The request was refused by Charity Commission for England and Wales.

Dear Charity Commission for England and Wales,

Have the past and present trustees of the Central Gurdwara been investigated to check whether they have been gifted vehicles by the Virdee Foundation? Such donations may be considered to be financial inducements.

Yours faithfully,

Ali Ahmad

Dear Charity Commission for England and Wales,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Charity Commission for England and Wales's handling of my FOI request 'NEW: The Central Gurdwara (British Isles) London Khalsa Jatha (258324) AND The Virdee Foundation (1144310)'.

I am very concerned that you are not ensuring that charity funds are being appropriately used, and you are hiding behind costs of providing details for FOI requests.

Following this internal review, I am considering taking this further as part of an investigation into financial irregularities. Please consider your role as the Charity Commission when responding.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/n...

Yours faithfully,

Ali Ahmad
