Matthew Schellhorn

Dear Her Majesty's Treasury,

Now that CJRS and SEISS have been succesfully implemented, please provide evidence as to why HMRC has not created, or apprently has not commenced creating, a new scheme to support limited company directors who receive income via PAYE and company dividends.

Specifically, what is the end point of the time period apparently limiting the Chancellor's commitment that "we all stand together"?

Yours faithfully,

M T Schellhorn

Matthew Schellhorn

Dear Her Majesty's Treasury,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Her Majesty's Treasury's handling of my FOI request 'New scheme to support limited company directors'.

In my original request, "please provide evidence" has the meaning that I am exercising my right to recorded information.

Specifically, I have asked for details on record about the decision-making in relation to a *new scheme*, not the current scheme, to help Directors, based on the defence itself given, viz. that it would take "too long" to implement one.

Hence, and again, what information is on the record as to decision-making towards a *new* scheme since the current schemes referred to were set up? I find the response given to avoid the question as posed and it is therefore unsatisfactory under the FOI Act.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/n...

Yours faithfully,

Matthew Schellhorn
