New bidding status classifications
Dear London Borough of Barking and Dagenham Council,
I have noticed that my status when bidding on website has changes from 'Priority homeseeker' to 'Decant' though there was a short notice advising of changes, these changes were specifically for Waltham forest applicants.
Can you please explain why status for LBBD applicants has also changed and if this does have an actual effect on my actual priority. According to the notice for Waltham forest not all changes will effect your actual status/priority, I am not sure what this change means for me.
Also there has been no 3 bedroom properties for over 4 weeks and I am quite concerned about the amount of 3 bedrooms being made avaliable. Will this change or will this lack of properties improve soon?
Yours faithfully,
Danyelle Phillips
