Negative Pillar 2 SARS-CoV-2 test results to complement the cfrvoc dataset

We're waiting for Steven Hammer to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Public Health England,
I would like the SARS-CoV-2 negative test results that complement the positive test results reported at and the software and dataset publicly released at

This dataset posted on Zenodo contains anonymised positive PCR results from Pillar 2 (Lighthouse) laboratories across England. I would like anonymised negative results in the same format for the time period of the cfrvoc dataset (from 1 September 2020 to 24 February 2021).

The negative results dataset should include the same column names (as far as possible) and be in the same comma-separated values (CSV) format to match the cfrvoc dataset.

Yours faithfully,

Steven Hammer
