I refer to your e-mail below to me dated 9 June 2020, the contents of
which are noted. The response on behalf of Clare College regarding your
request for information made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 is
as follows:
I would like to request the admissions statistics including NSAA scores,
interview scores, predicted grades and application outcomes (made an
offer, rejected, or entered into the winter pool) for all Natural Science
applicants for 2020 entry.
This information is exempt under section 40(2) and (3) of the Act.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the request please request an
internal review of the decision. If, after following those procedures you
are still not satisfied with the way in which your request has been dealt
with you may apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a
decision. Generally, the Commissioner will not entertain your complaint
unless you have exhausted any relevant internal review procedures.
