Dear Highways England Company Limited,
You wrote:-
'We now have a greater understanding of the requirements which will need to be met to enable a National Schedule to be successfully implemented and used in the future, and we remain confident in the benefits this could provide to all interested parties.'

Why did the National Schedule cease?
What understanding do you have?
What are the benefits to all?
What developments have there been?
What contractors have been engaged and their feedback.
When is it anticipated a National Schedule will be implemented?

Yours faithfully,

Ishrat Begum

Dear Paul.

Could you send me all the physically held information? What exchanges were there with whom on the process creation to cessation?

If the charges were reasonable, why did the insurers not agree?

You were charging cost but this was unacceptable. Did and do insurers expect you to charge less?

How were the NSoRC costs calculated? What reference was utilised?

I'm sorry, I can't make out what occurred or why.

Who did not trust who and what was written about this?

How would the NSoRC improve the rate of recovery?

If you were charging cost was NSoRC more or less than cost and why?

Yours sincerely,

Ishrat Begum
