Dear Food and Environment Research Agency,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Food and Environment Research Agency's handling of my FOI request 'National List and Plant Breeders Rights'.

You have stated that: "A search of our paper and electronic records indicates that we do not not hold a dataset with that title or matching that description." My position is that the Agency should provide the requested information to the extent it is still held, even if the title used has changed or you no longer consider it to be an appropriate description.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/n...

Yours faithfully,

Mr Cross
