National Autistic Society SPELL Guidelines & front-line staff

Yn disgwyl am adolygiad mewnol gan Enfield Council o'u triniaeth o'r cais hwn.

Dear Enfield Council,

94 Sark House
EN3 5XB

National Autistic Society (NAS) SPELL guidelines

Enfield Council speciously claim that all front-line customer facing staff are trained in the NAS SPELL guidelines, precisely how many CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF have received NAS SPELL training? ( SEE FOI request of 1 March 2011 "... enhanced in training courses such as Customer Services, recruitment, etc.").

Given that a mere 187 out of 6000 Enfield Council staff have been trained in NAS SPELL could you give me a precise break-down detailing which in departments these 187 SPELL trained staff are based? (Customer service; learning disability; social services; switchboard etc.) Further, how many of these mere 187 staff are management and how many are not management - what is the breakdown?

Could you detail the cost per person to attend the NAS SPELL training and the cost so far, in training the mere 187 / 6000 staff in SPELL.

Would it be possible to see a published list of those mere 187/6000 staff who are trained in SPELL together with their departments, so that in future should a person with autism need to contact a suitably qualified member of the council's staff, that path is facilitated?
If not, why not?
How does a person with autism contact a suitably qualified SPELL staff member in Enfield Council ?
How does a member of staff contact a suitably qualified SPELL staff member?
Is there a list ?

Yours faithfully,

A R Coath

Dear Jo Clemente,

Thank-you for wasting your own time - but don't waste mine.

I asked you specifically not generally - please make sure you understand the difference.
What is the breakdown SPECIFICALLY to each department.
How many staff in each department are trained in SPELL.Contrary to your ignorant guessing staff are not available to help autistic people as the front line staff who are not trained do not understand the need .

Specifically how does someone contact a SPELL trained person - would you give me a name of a PERSON WHO IS TRAINED IN spell

Yours sincerely,

A R Coath
