Dear WIDP Programme Office,

Thank you for your eventual reply.

However I am very perplexed by your response.

On the 26th November 2013, you notified me there would be a delay of up to 20 working days because of the
complexity of my request and the volume of information that I had requested.

However today you state you have no information to supply due to no direct contact between yourselves and the NAO.

These two responses seem to contradict each other and would indicate one or the other is a dishonest statement.

You will also note I made another FOI request to yourselves entitled 'Waste PFI Grant to Surrey County Council' on 30th October, which is now VERY overdue and I have no response nor notification of delay from yourselves.

I shall now be referring both FOI requests to the Information commissioner as a formal complaint as I believe you have acted improperly and unlawfully in both cases.

Yours sincerely,
