Nathen Hughes of Fonebox assets Ltd & Liam Thorp Echo reporter, £257,000 PPE payment?

The request was partially successful.

Dear Liverpool City Council,

Please supply the information on PPE and Nathen Hughes of Fonebox assets Ltd

1/ Nathen Hughes was wired a payment of £257,000 for face masks has Mr. Hughes got any past connections to the LCC?

2/ Who in the LCC made this payment to his company and why?

Not one reporter in the Liverpool Echo or Reach PLC will investigate this person or his fake company in Liverpool, Fonebox assets Ltd.

Cllr Richard Kemp,l was supposed to investigate this and now has backed off and wants nothing to do with this PPE or finding out why £257,000 was paid to Nathen Hughes.

Liverpool Echo reporter ‘Liam Thorp’ has blanked all phone and e-mails on this and seems to be just blanking the £3.9 million PPE transactions, from the Mayor’s office to a number of agents in Liverpool and Manchester.

3/ Please pass over all the payment details from the LCC and who ordered this cash payment to Mr. Nathen Hughes and why?

Yours faithfully,

Song Li
