Please provide me with the following information under the Freedom of Information Act:

1) A list of members of the Naming and Approval Committee for gov.uk domains.

2) A copy of the agenda and minutes for the most recent meeting of the Naming and Approvals Committee;

3) How many applications for gov.uk domains have been a) received, b) approved and c) rejected by the Committee since 14 January 2006;
