I am writing in response to your request for information under the terms
of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, Ref No FOI/18/325.

Please find below, the details of your request and our response in blue.

We do not have records going back as far as your request requires

 

Sector Treasury Services Limited were treasury management advisors from
2005/06.

 

In 2014, Sector Treasury Services Ltd was renamed Capita Treasury
Solutions Limited, when it became part of the Capita Group. It continued
to provide treasury management advice to Chorley Council under the new
name and ownership.

 

Subsequently, in 2017, ownership of the company passed from the Capita
Group to the Link Group, and it was renamed Link Treasury Services
Limited.
