Name of individual with civil and criminal charges who are employed by Marine Scotland

Gwrthodwyd y cais gan Marine Scotland.

Dear Marine Scotland,

Recently there has been media attention around the case of a Canadian fishery, DeeAnn Fitzpatrick that appeared in the media once again.

On recent postings through different public forums it has been stated that a fishery officer in Mallaig, now has been charged and there is a non-molestation interdict secured against him for harassing her. Can Marine Scotland give the name of the fishery officer, date of the incident and full details of the reasons for the civil action? Can Marine Scotland give details of their investigation or any internal action that was taken? This is a matter of public interest.

Yours faithfully,

Rick Stanley
