MyCSP delayed payments

The request was refused by Cabinet Office.

Dear Cabinet Office,

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act.

Please provide me with the following information:

1) The total number of delayed payment cases dealt with by MyCSP since September 2014.
2) Of the cases identified in 1), how many were inherited from the previous administrator of the civil service pensioner payroll?
3) Of the cases identified in 1), how many have been cleared?
4) How many overseas pensioners are awaiting payments as of June 1 2015?
5) Since September 2014, how many emergency interim payments have been made to MyCSP members experiencing hardship?
