 As you are seeking personal information, I would be grateful if you could

request using a personal email address rather than via a public website

Please note that requests for information that relate to wholly personal
information about yourself fall within the scope of the General Data
Protection Regulation . This gives individuals access rights to personal
information held about them and operates alongside the Freedom of
Information Act, which aims to extend these statutory rights to cover
other information. 

I would also recommend contacting [3]whatdotheyknow.com and asking them to
remove this as this is your personal data and not a freedom of information
request.

The Council will also need to see evidence of your identity.

Please provide copies of at least two proofs of identity showing your
current residential address (not more than 3 months old).  The types of
documents the Council usually accepts to satisfy this requirement is
copies of recent Council Tax Bills, Utility Bills, Driving Licence or
similar document.
