Dear Liverpool City Council,
Supply all details, logs, bank wires and e-mails to Mr. Nathen Hughes and the LCC's involvement with him and the payment of £257,000 for PPE.
The LCC confirmed that the £257,900 order placed with Fonebox Assets Ltd was for 200,000 facemasks.
1. As this company does not appear to have any known business premises and its website gives a telephone number that does not appear to be connected, one assumes that the company approached the Council to offer to source PPE so who in the LCC was dealing with Mr. Nathan Hughes.
2. What LCC officer sent the full payment to Mr. Nathan Hughes bank?
3. Please therefore provide a copy of the email(s), letter(s) or note(s) of telephone call that initiated discussions with the Council regarding the provision of PPE.
4. Nathan Hughes, one of the directors of Fonebox Assets Ltd, was quoted as saying:
" the support we have received through Liverpool Vision has helped the business progress quicker than our previous plans which is an enormous benefit. "
