Thank you for your email dated 22 January 2018 regarding the Move 51
Degrees North website.
The information requested is set out below.
1. Dates of operation (when it was available online): We classed this
as an asset in the Balance Sheet from 01/11/15 and have therefore assumed
this was the date it was available from. It was taken offline on 1 March
2017.
2. Total number of ads/properties posted: We are unable to determine
this.
3. Details of the web hosting service and the package used (showing
bandwidth etc.): The website was hosted by Heroku. We do not have details
of the bandwidth.
4. A backup copy of the website if available: This is available through
the following link which is available until the end of March.

I am writing to request an internal review of Homes for Haringey's handling of my FOI request 'Move 51 North: Website'.
You have provided the backup copy of the website but state that this information will only be available until the end of March 2018.
Under the FOIA you can either withhold or disclose information but you have no power to disclose information for a limited time only, after which the information will be retracted from the public domain - this is exactly what you have done with the website backup.
Please disclose the backup in a permanent way or provide a valid refusal notice.
