The request was refused by Staffordshire Police.

Dear Staffordshire Police,

by date, time and incident categorisation
2013 to the present.
Yours faithfully,

Olivia Taylor
Martin Evans, Chief Superintendent, Central Motorway Police Group:
I am proud to say that CMPG have worked very closely with the
Highways Agency and other partners to develop and implement the
CLEAR programme. We have shown that through this programme we
can significantly reduce the impact that incidents through the closure of
carriageways can and do have on our public that are using our motorway
network without having any detrimental impact on the police
investigation. As a result of this added focus for our resources we now
measure and monitor the amount of time that carriageways are closed as
a result of incidents to ensure that we are doing all that we can to
minimise disruption
