1. The number of motorists arrested for traffic offences involving cyclists in Worcester.

2. How many of those motorists were convicted and please state what the charge(s) were.

3. The number of cyclist fatalities as a result of Road Traffic Collisions in Worcester.

REPLY: There have been no arrests 2007 – 2017 for dangerous driving,
careless/inconsiderate driving & causing death by dangerous driving
involving cyclists in Worcester. 
Please be advised that there is no specific arrest offence for
careless/inconsiderate driving, so the circumstances of arrest for records
where the arrest reason is `Other` have been reviewed for the words `due
care` & `cyclist.
 
3. The number of cyclist fatalities as a result of Road Traffic Collisions
in Worcester.
         
REPLY: During the period 01/01/2007 to 13/12/18 there has been 1 road
death incident in the Worcester city council area involving a pedal
cyclist (2017)
