ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2004 – REQUEST FOR
INFORMATION (Request [1][email address])

I refer to your information request dated 27th April, 2010, which was
received by Fife Council's customer contact centre.

Unfortunately, your request was passed between different departments
within the Council before being forwarded to me at Fife Fire and Rescue
Service. Fife Council's Emergency Planning Unit, who hold the information
concerned, are now part of Fife Fire and Rescue. May I take this
opportunity to apologise on behalf of Fife Council for the delay in this
response to you.

With reference to your questions, I can confirm that there were no major
incidents at either the Shell Fife NGL Plant or the adjoining ExxonMobil
Fife Ethylene Plant during April/March 2010.

Information concerning any incidents of a lesser scale at these
establishments during this period can be obtained by contacting the
