Thank you for this absolutely important document that will prove that the Metropolitan Housing Association has falsified their copy of the document and sent it to me. This copy will prove that they removed a critical line on assured tenancies on page 7 of the document! which should state as it does here

"The tenant is guaranteed an initial 3 years in the property on the AST (however if the RSL would prefer to issue an Assured tenancy at this stage this is acceptable) but is able to stay in the property in perpetuity as long as they continue to pay their rent (usual rules apply regarding the management of rent arrears). At the end of the 3 yrs, the RSL can decide whether to maintain the Assured Shorthold Tenancy or switch to an Assured Tenancy, on which they would be able to continue to charge an intermediate market rent.
This important sentence
(however if the RSL would prefer to issue an Assured tenancy at this stage this is acceptable)
was removed making their copy of the same document highly questionable if not false!

You are welcome and hope this helps in getting on with your complaint and case

Dear Info Gov,
Thank you for the information. It is good to have a proper master copy with all the details to my research in it.
If this document has been tampered with and has had a line removed from it by a housing association whom in Homes England should complaints be directed too ?

Yours sincerely,

James Moore

Info Gov, Homes England

Dear Mr Moore,

Thank you for your email.

I can advise that Homes England's complaint procedure is available here: https://www.gov.uk/government/organisati....

However, from the information you have provided it appears that your complaint should be directed to the Housing Association in question as it would not fall within Homes England's complaint procedure. We are not a regulator and therefore our complaint procedure only covers complaints against Homes England.

If you wish to provide further information directly to [Homes England request email] we may be able to advise further.

Kind Regards,
