Hope this finds you well.

I hope that you can assist with a family matter, I am aware that you do not keep online records that I can find prior to 1995 for property transactions however I am hoping you can let me know the month and year that the sale/purchase of 43 Lynwood Drive, Wimbourne, BH21 1UT completed prior to the sale in August 1995 when my family moved from the property.

If you can help with that it would be greatly appreciated.
