The Montague Report, commissioned by ministers into the ICL Pathway Benefit Payment Card project was published in July 1998 and later disclosed to the DTI Select Committee in evidence for its Eleventh Report of 1999.
Please can you release this document.
A subsequent report into the project, also shared with the DTI Select Committee, was delivered by Graham Corbett of the Monopolies and Mergers Commission in October 1998.
