I am making a request under the FOI act, i would like to know whom i contact to discuss the monitoring of yopur cameras. i have many quetions for whomever it concerns and also much photographic evidence you would probably like to see. If yopu could provide an address or email for me please,
Thank you for your request to Cornwall Council for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA). However under section 8 of the FOIA in order for a request to be valid the applicant has to provide their real name.
I have attached a copy of the ICO guidance document in which towards the bottom of page 7 you will find an example of what information is acceptable as a name therefore please could we ask you to provide us with your surname in order that we can proceed with your request.
