I am writing in response to your request for information below.  

 

As I understand it you are seeking the following information

 

 

1. How do you monitor attendance and assessment data collection for look
after children in your care for both in and out of area?

 

We have contracts with external providers, different for attendance and
assessment data. 

2. How many students are monitored? 

 

There are 267 for Welfare Call (less of CLA cohort monitored due to NEET,
no school, working/apprenticeships). There are 322 for Egovdigital

3 Who provides this service for you? 

 

Welfare Call for attendance/exclusions/End of KS 1/2 SATs, GCSE results
and Egovdigital for EPEP - recording of attainment/progress data  

4. What is the contract value per annum? 

 

In respect of Welfare Call, it is  £19,264.05 + VAT. In respect of
Egovdigital, it is £12,880 + VAT.

5. When is the contract due for renewal? 

 

In respect of Welfare Call, it is  July/August 2019 (renewed for start of
academic year). In respect of Egovdigital, it is March 2020 (renewed for
start of new financial year).
